Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Delivery Manager to join our Customer Experience function at Diligenta.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving measurable improvements through the delivery of projects end-to-end across our accounts.

You will play a critical role in creating a compelling case for change, defining and analyzing key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements that demonstrate a tangible impact on our business and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to review journey performance and identify opportunities for improving customer and business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project work structures, reporting, and oversight to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Oversee business cases to support the development of rightsizing and deployment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and support functions to deliver sustainable change.
  • Consult with the business, transformation, and strategic partners to identify and address business issues and problems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in change cycles and methodologies.
  • Approachable, pragmatic, and action-oriented approach.
  • Strong coaching skills to support direct reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Understanding of financial considerations and potential financial impacts.
