Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of quality and improvement? We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Improvement Manager to join our team at NHS Scotland.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented individual to oversee our quality processes, evaluation systems, and practice and learning and development. As our Quality and Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our services to gather data and evidence to understand areas of strength and challenges, and to create development plans based on this evidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring it is effective and efficient in driving quality improvements.
- Oversight of operational policies and acting as Penumbra's Data Protection Officer.
- Collaborate with our Innovation and Improvement Team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to our services to ensure they are meeting quality standards.
