Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager

At NHS Scotland, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Innovation and Improvement Team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our quality processes, evaluation systems, and practice and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our services to gather data and evidence to understand areas of strength and challenges, and create development plans based on this evidence.
- Lead and manage our Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring it is effective and efficient.
- Oversight of operational policies and acting as Data Protection Officer.
