- Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated with payroll regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring our organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Support and Audits: Support audits with necessary documentation and information, ensuring seamless compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Experience and Skills: The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll administration or a related field, with a proven track record of managing payroll processes and systems.
- Payroll Software and Systems: Experience with payroll software and systems, including Cascade software, is advantageous.
- Knowledge and Expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance, with proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex payroll information clearly.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships, with adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
- Flexible Work Arrangements: 1 day per week Work From Home
