Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support for our systems across EMEAI, including lanes/gates/CT-machines, across infrastructure servers to ground-level edge devices.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware issues, asset management, and remote access configuration.
  • Collaborate with Development and other teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
