Job Description


As a Highway Technician with RAC Motoring Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance services to our members. Your primary duties will include:



  • Assessing and repairing vehicles on the roadside or in a garage setting
  • Providing accurate and timely diagnostic and repair solutions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent technical knowledge and skills in vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles
