About the Role

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Safety Case Engineer to join their team in Reading or remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work on vast projects in the nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the engineering works are safe and secure by creating specialist plans and reviews.
  • Examine engineering activities and manage the delivery of safety aspects.
  • Produce and design technical and general reports on safety.
  • Author safety assessments in radiological work and hazard management.
  • Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and ensure an overview of strategies being delivered for safety case.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree in engineering.
  • Chartered engineer.
  • Excellent communication skills and written instructions.
  • Experience in working with multiple teams.
  • Security clearance required.
