Nuclear Safety Graduate Programme

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Nuclear Safety Graduate. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in nuclear safety and risk consultancy services. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide support and assistance across a range of projects and technical areas. Your responsibilities will include performing consequence and risk modelling, participating in hazard study workshops, and developing risk assessment tools. You will also have the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with clients and contribute to the success of the team through the effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Performing consequence and risk modelling across a wide range of hazard types
Participating in hazard study workshops including HAZOP/HAZID/ALARP/LOPA/FMEA
Development of risk assessment tools
Helping develop lasting relationships with clients
Business and service development support
Learning how to plan and manage workload across multiple projects to ensure work is completed on time, to budget, and to the client's satisfaction

Requirements:
Relevant degree (or equivalent) in one of the following subjects: Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering or other STEM subject
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
