We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our nursing home in Northwich, Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our staff, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of skilled care professionals
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and maintains excellent standards of care and support
  • Manage the home's budget and develop a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in home management, knowledge of elderly and dementia care, and strong leadership and staff management skills. They will also have good commercial awareness and be able to engage with service users to understand their needs.
