About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our brand-new team in Witham. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all necessary mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.
  • Dismantle vehicles ready for the panel shop.
  • Carry out inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work.
  • Order replacement parts.
  • Re-assemble the vehicle with new parts as required to pre-accident condition.
About You

We are looking for a skilled MET Technician who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to plan your workload, work safely under pressure, and carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.

You will be working as part of a team, but also be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision. Flexibility and a commitment to high standards are essential.

Candidates must have experience as a MET in a bodyshop environment or be a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician looking for a change to work in a bodyshop.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, up to £45,000 + time saved bonus - OTE 55 - 60K, and a full-time, permanent position. You will also have the opportunity to work in a brand-new team and be part of an exciting new venture.
