About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our brand-new team in Witham. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work to ensure vehicles are repaired to a high standard.
  • Order replacement parts and reassemble vehicles with new parts as required.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and our Health and Safety guidelines.
About You

We are looking for a skilled MET Technician who is able to plan their workload effectively, work under pressure, and maintain high standards of workmanship. You will have experience working in a bodyshop environment and be able to work as part of a team.

As a Rubber Duck Cars team member, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
