About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Transport Planner. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transportation Planning: Develop and implement efficient transportation plans to meet customer demands, while ensuring compliance with company SLAs.
  2. Resource Management: Manage and coordinate resources, including drivers, vehicles, and equipment, to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and compliance issues, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including drivers, dispatchers, and management, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
