About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team. As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for implementing efficient and cost-effective delivery plans, ensuring compliance with company SLAs, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily delivery plans to meet customer needs and company targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle compliance, driver availability, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, drivers, and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including delivery times, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience in transportation planning and logistics operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • CPC qualification (desirable)
