Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Support Worker on Gardner Ward, providing exceptional care to patients undergoing elective bowel, breast, and day surgery. As a key member of the care team, you will work closely with Registered Practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care and maintain a safe environment.

With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we strive to provide an excellent experience for our patients and staff alike. If you possess the necessary qualifications and skills, including NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, 6 months of experience in a health or social care environment, and basic IT skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.

The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive induction program, including mandatory training, and will be supported by experienced colleagues.
