About the Role

Barchester Care Homes is looking for a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our care teams to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
