About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate individual to work as a Senior Healthcare Support Worker in the Emergency Department at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the recovery and well-being of patients.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care and support in the Emergency Department
  • Building relationships with patients and colleagues to promote effective care
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
