Job Title: Plastic Surgery Rehabilitation Expert

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Plastic Surgery Rehabilitation Hand Therapy service based at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a highly specialist practitioner, you will be responsible for the rehabilitation of patients with hand conditions, providing interventions including splinting.

The post holder will work as a key member of the team, supporting Hand Therapy colleagues with the management of planned surgery and other hand conditions. They will also provide leadership, supervision, and teaching of junior and undergraduate staff working in the hand therapy department.

You will be responsible for the therapy provision in terms of performance, outcomes, and service delivery, leading the development of the hand trauma rehabilitation pathway alongside the Clinical Lead Hand Therapist.
