Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Attendant to join our team at Crossroads Care NI. As a Senior Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support services to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support services to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure colleagues are working within Crossroads policies, including punctuality, dress code, and quality of care.
  • Support new staff members by shadowing them and demonstrating best practices in client care.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with care attendants, clients, and social workers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Full valid driving license, access to a car, and willingness to use it for business purposes.
  • Residing in the area advertised.
  • 6 months of previous paid caring experience.
  • Ability to use a smartphone, including emails and attachments.
  • Have internet access and be computer literate.
