Job Overview

Crossroads Care NI is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Attendant to join our team. As a Senior Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support services to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support services to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure colleagues are working within Crossroads policies and procedures.
  • Support new staff members in their role, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Be part of the on-call team, providing support and guidance to colleagues outside of normal working hours.

Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Full valid driving license, access to a car, and business use insurance.
  • Residing in the area advertised.
  • 6 months previous caring experience.
  • Ability to use a smartphone, including emails and attachments.
  • Have internet access and be computer literate.
