Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Disability Bank Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support and care services to residents in accordance with their individual care and support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide personalised care and support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and carers to ensure that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care and support plans that are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve the quality of care and support services.
- Be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check and an Adult and Child Bared List check.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of care and support principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
