About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community CAMHS Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children, young people, and their families in a community/clinic setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess, implement, and evaluate care for children and young people presenting with complex and severe mental health difficulties.
  • Provide strong leadership within a team of clinicians and contribute to the running of the community team.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, young people, and their families to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
