Job Description
The Health and Safety Lead will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to operational teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Investigating incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on health and safety best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop tailored health and safety solutions that meet their specific needs.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a health and safety role within a technical facilities management environment.
  • A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.

About the Salary
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
