Lettings Negotiator - Property Sales Specialist

A leading, multi-branch independent property sales and lettings agency is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in property sales and lettings, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team where ongoing training and career progression are highly encouraged.

Main Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator Role:

  • Meet and register new applicants
  • Organize and conduct viewings
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate any offers received

Required Skills:

  • Previous lettings experience essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good people skills
  • Smart, well-spoken, and articulate
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven
  • Full UK driving license and car owner essential

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays. A day off in lieu will be provided for any Saturday worked.
