Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings and valuations, attending viewings and valuations, registering tenants, providing regular landlord feedback, and dealing with general enquiries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 12 months of lettings experience and a proven track record in a target-focused environment. What We Offer:

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a salary in the range of £25,000, with an OTE of c.£28,000 depending on your level of expertise.
