Senior Lettings Negotiator

Located in Accord Lets, a flagship office based in Central Birmingham, we are a leading provider in lettings, mortgage services, land and new homes, surveying, conveyancing, and property management. As a subsidiary of Connells Group, the UK's largest estate agency network, we offer property solutions with valuable local expertise to corporate clients and home movers.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling landlord/tenant matters, general daily tasks, assisting in the leadership of the lettings team, communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. You will also list properties and maintain excellent customer relationships, building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone, ensuring the highest level of service.

Requirements:
- Hold a Full UK driving license
- Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters, Estate Agents, and Property Management
- Knowledge of property-related regulations and procedures
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate or property management
