Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Planet Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our client's team in Oxford. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate the production process to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets and improve productivity.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
