Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking talented Manufacturing Engineers to join our team at Siemens Healthineers in Oxfordshire. Solving Manufacturing Problems: You will apply engineering principles and methods to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, both internally and within our extended supply chain.

Project Management: Lead projects aimed at enhancing Quality and productivity through continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, engineering changes, and capital/value stream projects.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, taking ownership of and addressing a diverse range of manufacturing and process challenges.

Innovation: Develop and implement new processes and manufacturing equipment, leveraging digital technologies to support our cutting-edge products and drive continuous improvement.

A degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
