Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the toy or giftware industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving long-term business objectives, with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to analyze sales data and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stockists, and other stakeholders.
