Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioural Mentor, you will work 1:1 with a KS3 student from a troubled background with heightened challenging behaviour issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with severe behavioural issues;">
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to promote positive behaviour;">
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour;">
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working with students with challenging behaviour;">
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
