We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Technician to join our team at Pilgrims Europe. This role involves working on a rotating shift pattern, covering 7 days a week, to ensure the efficient operation of our engineering processes.

As part of this team, you will undertake various tasks, including planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns in order to maintain optimal efficiency. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance our processes.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
  • Responding to breakdowns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
