We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the designated area, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated area
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully

Requirements:

  • Sold circa 20 units per year
  • Evidence of circa £4m annual sales revenue
  • Knowledge of industrial shredding machinery or capital equipment
  • Experience in managing own diary and territory

Package:

  • Salary to £70,000 + Commission
  • Company Car (BMW)
  • 25 days annual leave
