Job Summary
Right Now Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Freight Forwarding Professional to join our client's team at London Heathrow. This exciting opportunity involves coordinating air exports, as well as handling aspects of ocean and road freight.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of all modes of transport, particularly air exports. They will be responsible for preparing and processing necessary documentation, including customs clearance documents, export declarations, bills of lading, and AWB/HAWB's. Additionally, they will coordinate with airlines, shippers, overseas agents, and other transportation providers to book cargo space on flights, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for exporting goods via air
• Coordinate with airlines, shippers, overseas agents, and other transportation providers to book cargo space on flights
• Provide detailed and profitable quotations
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing shipment status updates, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the export process
• Client invoicing
• Completing customs entries

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Located in Feltham/London Heathrow, the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
