Job Description:

As a Transformation Pharmacist, you will play a key role in our Transformation Unit, working in our medicine and antimicrobial teams. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care to patients, ensuring the safe and cost-effective use of medicines.

You will work closely with the CMG Lead Pharmacist to maintain and improve the pharmaceutical service to the clinical management group. This is a full-time role that involves working in a dynamic environment, supporting the training and development of others, and contributing to evening, on-call, bank holiday, and weekend rotas.

The estimated salary for this position is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
