We are seeking a talented, experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at Beaumont Leys Health Centre, Leicester. We are seeking an all-rounder experienced with reviewing long term health conditions, conducting patient health checks and assessments, and administering injections.

**The Role**

Our approach is focused on delivering brilliant care with a particular focus on:

- administering vaccinations and phlebotomy,
- undertaking patient health checks, e.g. ECGs, BPs, BMI checks etc,
- carrying out baseline observations such as pulse oximetry, blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate,
- undertaking health reviews and screenings, e.g. COPD, asthma, diabetes, and other chronic diseases,
- wound care,
- ensuring specimens are recorded and ready for onward transportation.

Your wider support network will include a range of clinical expertise from GPs, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, other healthcare assistants and additional PCN roles, and you will have 1:1 support from the Lead Nurse.
