Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Run and analyze simulations to understand transition and turbulent mixing in stratified shear flows.
  • Work closely with Professors Colm-cille Caulfield and Rich Kerswell to achieve research objectives.
  • Plan and manage research projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience. This reflects the market rate for a researcher with a strong background in computational applied mathematics.
