Job Description

We are looking for a Peripatetic Nurse to join our team. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will work across multiple locations to deliver high-quality care to residents. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including making sure new residents settle in, helping advance your team members' skills, and developing personalized care plans tailored to residents' physical and mental needs.

Requirements

To join us as a Peripatetic Nurse, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge is important, as is a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards. We will also look for a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
