Job Summary:

Talent Locker is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale IT project. As a key member of our project management function, you will be responsible for delivering a complex project within time, budget, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large IT project from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project teams, vendors, and development teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
