Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including programming work schedules, monitoring building progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations and cost limitations.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies, including site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permits to work.
  • Manage logistics planning, plant and labour resources, and progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing residential construction projects from £200k to £5 million.
  • Strong background in a Top Tier Contractor environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong technical and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strong health and safety awareness and management skills.
