We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide cost management and control, ensuring that project costs are accurately forecasted and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including contract reviews and monthly forecasts, are completed and submitted on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in the development of project management strategies and procedures to improve project delivery and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables, including O&M manuals, are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of project scope.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure new projects and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
