About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Creativehood. As an Account Director, you will play a key role in representing our company through exceptional account management and client services.

You will lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring that major clients receive the best possible service for all projects. Your responsibilities will include managing account P&L, producing cost estimates and POs, and regular email communication with clients.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of team members, running regular reviews for their development, and overseeing processes within the team. Additionally, you will develop strong ties with key client stakeholders and ensure that the agency is delivering against their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account P&L across projects
  • Produce cost estimates and POs for clients and suppliers
  • Regular email communication with clients
  • Monitor performance of team members and run regular reviews

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Account Director with a proven track record of successfully leading profitable projects with high-profile clients. You should have significant client-facing experience, be extremely personable, and have a passion for branding and retail environments.

You should also have a strong ability to grow and expand both new and existing business, engaging and nurturing managerial skills, and be a confident team leader. Ideally, you will have design and build knowledge, understanding of materials and technical drawings.
