About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth at ENGINEERINGUK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting, training, and developing team members, as well as coaching them to be knowledgeable about products and passionate about delivering customer satisfaction.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and build managers' knowledge to deliver store initiatives and resource planned activities.
  • Aware of competitors' activities and identify opportunities to build and deliver new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
