Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Premier Staffing Ltd, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, coordinating meetings, and leading targeted campaigns to expand opportunities within existing accounts. You will also provide customers with information on the full range of services post-acquisition and support the field sales team with administrative tasks. Additionally, you will maintain data accuracy, identify new opportunities, and recognize potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, direct sales, or internal account management is essential. You should have a strong analytical approach, ability to identify the correct Point of Contact (PoC), and gather essential information. A professional and engaging approach that resonates with clients is also required. Competency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a must.
