About the Company
MaxAd Recruitment Ltd is a leading commercial barristers' chambers with a thriving practice in construction, energy, infrastructure, IT, and planning. We offer a competitive salary package of £25,000 per annum, which includes 20 days holiday, rising to 22 days after one year and 25 days after two years, 6% pension contribution, bonus scheme, season ticket loan, permanent health insurance, private medical insurance, and half day 'birthday' holiday.
Key Responsibilities
• Operating the switchboard and managing calls
• Booking conference rooms and handling logistics
• Ensuring security procedures and reception areas are maintained
Requirements
• GCSE standard or equivalent with 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception role, ideally in professional services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Estimated Salary Range: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
