Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement processes to deliver exceptional customer service and optimize service delivery
- Lead a team of Engineers to ensure they have the necessary tools, materials, and documentation to perform their duties safely and effectively
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and their team to ensure seamless support and scheduling
- Develop training pathways to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
As a Service Operations Manager at The Talent Movement, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our service delivery and operations. You will be part of a leadership team committed to striving for better and will be given autonomy to make change and drive improvements.
We offer a competitive basic salary of circa £50,000 (negotiable on experience), company car, annual company bonus, employee discount, life assurance, and annual leave at 25 days plus your birthday and Bank Holidays.
Requirements- Strong background in delivering excellent customer service through a field-based engineering team
- Sound operational background with experience in problem-solving and process improvement
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing remote teams
- Practical mindset with ability to understand technical information
