Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Tektronix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the southeastern UK region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers, leveraging technical expertise to qualify customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and utilize CRM tools to provide a best-in-class customer management experience and drive sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate Tektronix and drive business growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Test and Measurement industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of test and measurement equipment and ability to translate technical information into customer value propositions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong customer-oriented attitude.
