Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in providing proactive, caring, safe, and excellent standards of patient care in people's own homes.
- Work autonomously to deliver high-quality and evidence-based nursing care, utilizing your skills, experience, and knowledge to address complex clinical situations.
- Develop and implement clinical leadership strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registered General Nurse (adult) with a strong background in community nursing.
- Practice Assessor and Supervisor qualification or NMC Mentor qualification converted to Practice Assessor and Practice Supervisor qualification.
- Evidence of Level 6 academic study or ability to demonstrate Level 6 academic writing.
- District Nursing Specialist Practitioner Award or commitment to complete District Nursing Specialist Practitioner Qualification modules over a maximum 5-year period.
