Mid-Level Associate in Private Equity Transactions

Elevate your career by joining our leading Private Equity practice at a top-tier global law firm. As a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience in private equity transactions, you'll work on market-leading transactions that are complex, high-value, and cross-border.
You'll collaborate with experienced partners and colleagues across various practice areas, while also liaising with lawyers in international offices. Regular opportunities for travel and significant client exposure are key highlights of this role.
The role involves advising private equity houses and financial sponsors on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, and public offerings. You'll also manage comprehensive due diligence processes and draft key transaction documents such as purchase agreements and investment agreements.
What We're Looking For
We seek a highly motivated and commercially savvy individual with:
- 3–5 years of private equity experience gained at a large commercial law firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong professional relationships.
- A proactive approach to solving client challenges and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
