Mid-Market Private Equity Secondaries Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Private Equity Secondaries Analyst to join our team at PER, Private Equity Recruitment. As a key member of our investment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and evaluating potential investments in the private equity secondary market.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough qualitative and quantitative evaluations on potential transactions, including portfolio company and fund analysis
- Develop and present research materials for investment committees, showcasing your expertise and insights
- Conduct due diligence on prospective investments, leveraging your analytical skills to inform investment decisions
- Post-acquisition, prepare forecasts and commentary on portfolios, providing valuable insights to inform future relationships and deal flow
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, developed through exposure to M&A transactions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of the private equity secondary market, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
