As a CBT Therapist, you will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team that is driven by a shared vision of excellence in mental health care.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support services.

The salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum for a permanent contract, or £55-£60 per hour for sessional work. The working hours are 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver high-quality CBT and/or integrative therapy services to adult day patients.
  • To develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, and to contribute to the evaluation and quality improvement of our services.
  • To participate in ongoing professional development and training, and to stay up-to-date with best practices in CBT and/or integrative therapy.
