At SER Limited, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Beverage Industry Sales Professional to join our team. As the UK's largest OEM of premium beverage production lines, we supply machines to leading blue-chip companies such as Britvic, William Grant, Refresco, and Thatchers Cider.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in capital equipment and a passion for the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in selling complex machinery, providing quotations and proposals, and managing large blue-chip accounts.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to hold technical consultative conversations with potential customers and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs). They will also have a strong understanding of the lifecycle of a machine and be capable of managing a significant workload.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days of holiday, a company car or car allowance, private medical insurance, and a death in service scheme. We also offer a pension scheme with a 6% employer contribution.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quotations and proposals to potential customers
  • Managing large blue-chip accounts and negotiating SLAs
  • Understanding the lifecycle of a machine and identifying sales opportunities
  • Managing a significant workload and meeting sales targets
  • Providing technical consultative conversations with potential customers

We require the successful candidate to have a strong engineering background, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering, and a proven track record of sales success in the capital equipment industry. The ideal candidate will also have a solution-based sales approach and be capable of negotiating complex sales agreements.
